We have entered a new year, a new chapter, and for some new beginnings! It has been called 202WON!!! There is no doubt the year 2020 had been rough, and challenging for everyone, and many faced more challenges than others. Give yourself credit for doing everything you could to maintain health and stability.
Whether you reconnected with old family and friends or met new ones, ended unhealthy relationships, started a new job, or relocated you made changes during a pandemic; you rock!!! For those who have been personally affected by COVD-19, my heart goes out to you and your loved ones. It was nothing we could have prepared for but you did our best with the information given.
Every year we are faced with new goals for a new year. We attempt to get everything done that we didn’t get completed from the years before. Some things that may be helpful to reflect on as we move into the new year are:
1. What went well in 2020?
2. What am I grateful for?
3. What did I learn?
4. What do I want to improve on?
5. What is healthy for me?
6. What do I need to do more of for myself?
7. Who do I need to forgive to move forward
So be proud of yourself, celebrate yourself, as you continue to progress!
